We use our proven, successful Ruby Tuesday brand and culture and deliver a lower risk, solid return investment opportunity to a highly select group of franchisees. We believe the franchise relationship is based upon a shared vision of the business, and the commitment of both franchisee and franchisor to each other, to the franchise system and to operating standards. After we select a franchisee, and the franchisee selects us, we offer best in the industry support and training to help assure the franchisee's success. We believe in ONE BRAND, ONE STANDARD AND ONE SYSTEM, so the same tools, processes and procedures that have worked so well in the United States are offered to each international franchisee. The standards, processes and systems reflect our uncompromising commitment to freshness, quality and gracious hospitality.
Our international franchise consists of a development agreement, where the franchisee is granted the exclusive right to develop, and the franchisee undertakes the obligation to develop, an agreed number of restaurants in a defined territory. A separate franchise agreement is required for each restaurant.

Minimum Financial Requirements
Applicants must have a minimum net worth of $5,000,000.
Expansion Requirements
The number of restaurants to be developed in a territory depends on many factors, including the size of the territory and market data such as incomes and population density. A multiple restaurant commitment is expected; no single restaurant franchises.
Training Requirements
Similar to domestic U.S. training and support, the franchisee, the operating partner, and management team are scheduled to attend our management training program.
