Real Estate Development
The Real Estate department provides guidance to franchisees on matters related to real estate, development and the design and construction of restaurants. At Ruby Tuesday, we believe the selection of real estate is so important that our Founder and/or Vice President of Real Estate visits and approves every location that is built in the United States. In addition, we provide assistance in the design and construction of restaurants based upon our innovative building prototypes.
Operations Support
At Ruby Tuesday, we accept only the best franchise operators. To support their efforts, we provide Vice President-level support, communication and consultation for every franchisee. We work with our franchise community to develop strategies for building sales, optimizing profits and ensuring the strategic development of the market.
Marketing
The Marketing department makes certain that the Ruby Tuesday brand stays top of mind with Guests from coast to coast. In addition, building brand awareness and spending over $75 million in nationwide advertising, the Marketing department also provides local restaurant marketing materials and support materials designed specifically for the franchise community.

Every menu update and promotional item is introduced to our restaurants by seasoned, trained operators. Complete roll out manuals and materials are created to ensure smooth implementation of every menu item.

From downloading pricing to your Point of Sale systems, to creating proprietary tools that improve Guest satisfaction and your bottom line, like KDS (Kitchen Display System), BDS (Bar Display System) and our legendary BOSS (Back Office Store System), the IT Department will provide you with the real-time operational reports and statistical information you need to maximize success.
